DRESS UP RETURN POLICY


RETURN POLICY 
Items may be returned in store or by mail to the return address listed below.
Customers may return any unused, unworn items, with tags attached within 30 days of delivery date or in-store purchase date, by mail or to any Dress Up location for store credit.
Exchanges are only accepted on in-store returns.
Unless the item is final sale, any items purchased from Instagram Shopping or Facebook Marketplace that are unused and unworn with tags attached may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for store credit.
All returns must be accompanied by original or gift receipt and customer will receive store credit for the amount paid for the item(s).
Items will not be returned if the item has been worn, washed, or the tag or hygienic liner has been removed.
No cash, credit or debit card refunds will be issued.
All clearance items are final sale and may not be returned, exchanged or adjusted for any reason.If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise, or are missing an item from your order, you must contact Customer Support within three business days of the package’s original delivery.

The After Christmas Sale: Orders placed with code FINAL40 are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

RETURN PROCESS: To return items, please ensure your return is within the policy period and meets ALL return requirements.

HOW TO RETURN AT DRESS UP

  4. We offer a return label to use to send your items back to our online division. There is a $4.99 fee deducted from your store credit for using our return label to cover the shipping cost. You can return to any store location for free.
  5. Expect the return process to take 5-7 business days after it has been delivered to our facility.
  6. After the return is accepted, the customer will receive notifications updating the status of the return. Once the return has been fully processed the customer will receive a store credit sent via email with a code for the return amount included.

We inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a return based on the condition. We do not refund shipping fees, unless it is an error on our behalf. 

 

SHIPPING

Orders are packed and shipped five days a week. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following business day. Most orders are shipped 24-48 hours from the order date.

Free Standard Shipping

+ Free Standard Shipping applies to orders over $75 before tax.

Standard Shipping | $6.95

+ Standard delivery usually arrives within 4-6 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days processing time.
+ Standard delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and P.O. Boxes usually arrives 5-12 business day from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
+ Standard delivery to APO/FPO addresses usually arrives within 18 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.

Priority Shipping | $12.00

+ Priority shipping orders placed Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays, before 12:00 PM EST will usually arrive within 2-3 business days from the shipped date.
+ Please allow 24-48 hours processing time.
+ Priority shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. Territories.

Lost Packages  
 
+Once your package leaves our facility, we no longer have control over your package.  
+We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do not offer refunds on lost or stolen packages. You can submit a claim online for a missing packages through the post office.
